Original PROPOSAL
A woman hides her face behind a half black and white mask and describes in a slow rhythm a circumference around the “Stage of Death”. She moves smoothly and expressionless representing the indifferent actions of destruction by the all powerful forces, she pretends to drag an invisible thread.
She symbolizes the Laws of Destiny, determined and cruel, indifferent in face of the suffering of the being, who takes a centre position on the stage, this being is coiled as if in a womb, when he awakes he begins a fight with its own demons, twisting and writhing as if he is being pecked by hungry vultures.
He relives the pain and death of each of the deities and suffers the inner pains of an ambivalent creature, eaten inside by his own contradictions.
When the woman completes the circle, the cycle of destruction is complete, Man falls down defeated, silence prevails whilst he goes into a foetal position, ready for his rebirth.
The light focus on the veiled woman, for she is the Goddess of Time, past present and future, she is the one who weaves the cloth of new Cosmic Worlds.
The man returns from Hell totally self integrated and in the ultimate state of perfection: he is the androgonous creature in its primordial Edenic state.
In his/her right hand he/she holds the torch of fire, representing Balder, the spirit of the Sun. The right hand symbolizes clean conscience, true will and justice. He/She extends his/her left hand to show an Apple, the symbol of eternal youth, fertility and knowledge. The left hand symbolizes the creative and productive feminine energy.
